Welcome to "Equestrian Properties in France", bringing buyers and sellers together specifically for Equestrian and rural properties. We are Ritchie and Karen and we have been involved with horses all our life Ritchie ran an equestrian transport business in the UK I become involved with horses from the age of 6, I bred my first horse when I was 23 and the second horse I bred, an Arabian, I qualified and completed at the Horse of the Year Show in Birmingham (UK), I then started breeding Black Arabians which I have sold to the Middle East, Europe and UK.
In 2020 we decided to move to France with our 11 Arabians and 3 dogs. I spent months and months searching through thousands of properties listed with many different agents and found that most didn’t mention or photograph any equestrian facilities at all. So came the idea of an equestrian property portal where agents and private sellers could advertise equestrian properties making it easier for buyers to find what they are looking for, and for sellers to reach the right audience. Each listing is designed to highlight and emphasize the things that are important to us as buyers, as often the equestrian facilities are more important than the house!
